What You’ll Do:
Write, revise, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines using G-code and M-code
Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot programs and improve cycle times
Run test pieces and fine-tune machine operations as needed
Maintain clean and organized program documentation and tool setup info
Support machine setup and preventive maintenance routines
What We’re Looking For:
Proven CNC programming experience in a metal shop or manufacturing setting
Proficient in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
Knowledge of tooling, material specs, and machining processes
Ability to read and work from blueprints and GD&T symbols
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Experience with large parts and multi-axis machines is a plus
