Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, providing warm, efficient, and friendly service to all guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
Process payments and room charges accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments
Requirements:
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with hotel software (ONQ experience a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
