Your Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and prospecting to closing new business and renewing existing accounts within the construction vertical.
Design and sell customized security solutions, including mobile and fixed video surveillance systems with AI-powered threat detection.
Drive territory growth through relentless outbound activity, in-person visits, and strategic relationship-building with decision-makers.
Deliver persuasive proposals and impactful presentations that showcase ECAM’s value and innovation.
Lead project execution by coordinating installation timelines and ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the process.
Consistently exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and growing recurring monthly revenue (RMR).
Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and communicate clearly with internal teams.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions that align with their business objectives.
Champion the ECAM brand and expand market presence through proactive outreach, networking, and event participation.
Your Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years selling services, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to engage technical buyers and respond professionally to RFPs and client inquiries
Fast learner and problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to client needs and technical solutions
Highly organized and strategic, with a talent for removing sales roadblocks through creative thinking and proactive planning
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, capable of working independently and owning the success of your territory
Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 25%) to build relationships and close deals in person
