Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Primarily Clinic-Based, Some In-Home Sessions)

Pay: Competitive, based on experience (Market Average)

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment programs.

Provide direct therapy and parent training.

Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and state regulations.

Who You Are:

Required

Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensed in Nevada.

Preferred

2+ years of experience preferred (but open to all qualified candidates).

Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.

Certified in CPR, AED, QBS, or other crisis intervention techniques (or willing to obtain).

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising RBTs.

Comfortable working both in a clinic setting and occasionally traveling for in-home sessions.
