Injection Molding Process Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating machine processes, making adjustments within process tolerances, and recommending changes to improve efficiencies to the Molding Process Engineering Manager

This role involves operating cranes, robotics, and injection molding machines, and requires continuous monitoring of all processes related to injection molding to ensure that equipment is running smoothly and efficiently

The technician will analyze and work to resolve any process problems that may arise during production

Additionally, the technician will be tasked with resolving any product non-conformity issues as requested by the Production Team Leader or Production Manager

The Mold Process Technician will also assist the Molding Process Engineer in the set-up and start-up of new tools and resins for trial runs

Full-time
