Casa Real in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for travel nurses or local LPNs seeking a flexible but impactful role in a supportive long-term care environment. Join a team dedicated to quality care, respect, and resident-centered service. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document nursing interventions, observations, and responses in the electronic health record.

Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report significant changes promptly.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive resident care plans. Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (or compact license).

CPR certification (current and valid).

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred, especially in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Pay & Benefits
