Schedule: PRN

Shift : Day shift: 8a-4:30p - open availability, with rotating weekends

Location: AdventHealth Palm Coast 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164

The community you ll be caring for: Inpatient rehab patients and families

The role you ll contribute:

Evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.

The value you ll bring to the team:

Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills

Designs appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment

Implements treatment plans using appropriate modalities

Documents patient progress

Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

State of Florida Occupational Therapy License

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED :

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Entry level competency of occupational therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies

Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
