13903 - Salesforce Vlocity Architect (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with Salesforce platform architecture (7+ years);
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) (3+ years);
• Experience with OmniStudio tools: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Calculation Matrices;
• Experience with Salesforce data model, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration (REST/SOAP APIs);
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from architecture to delivery;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification;
• Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer certification;
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification;
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification.
Preferred:
• Experience in Utility or regulated industry, especially related to customer service or field service transformation;
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or legacy CIS platforms;
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins);
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions, including OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors), Integration Procedures, and Industry Console;
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries capabilities;
• Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to design scalable and maintainable architectures;
• Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices and Vlocity configuration standards;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams;
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with broader IT strategies;
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support;
