Service Advisor
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our truck dealership team in Richmond, Virginia.
This is a full-time, long-term position
Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and occasional Saturdays.
Pay ranges from $22-$30, based on experience, will be discussed in the interview
As Service Advisor, you will manage the full repair order process and support the Service Manager with department records. Responsibilities include customer service, creating and maintaining repair orders, coordinating with technicians, processing invoices, promoting sales, and managing the cash box. You will also assist with administrative tasks and ensure open repair orders are closed promptly. Safety responsibilities include managing injury reports and the first aid box.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong knowledge of heavy truck repair, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle both physical and desk work.
