We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to define and execute a data-driven enterprise growth strategy, creating strategic omni-channel campaigns to fill our sales pipeline. Leading a team of Business Development Consultants, you will be responsible for building a world-class demand generation engine, launching strategic campaigns, and ensuring that Marketing meaningfully contributes to revenue. Your key focus will be high level campaign lifecycle management, capturing and measuring high-intent leads, optimizing high performing channels while ensuring efficient hand-offs with Sales. This role requires experience in driving both new logo as well as expansion growth efforts, with a particular focus on supporting enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Spearhead and build creative B2B campaigns to drive demand generation across digital, events, outbound, and thought leadership channels. Manage campaign and sequence lifecycle, optimizing as required to increase conversions. Own all performance metrics
Lead and manage a team of lead-generating Business Development team members, providing timely reviews and ongoing support and mentorship
Ensure maximum ROI for sales and marketing including optimizing existing website content, content marketing, email marketing, events, podcasts, webinars, sales enablement materials, video scripts and ads for lead gen
Improve visibility of compsych.com in search results, review SEO strategy and build upon current SEO structure on an ongoing basis to increase effectiveness of this channel
Build and execute an effective, integrated ABM strategy to increase customer acquisition and expansion within target markets
Implement and optimize paid ads strategy across a variety of platforms and tools
Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities until they turn into active buying cycles, re-engaging the right buyers at the right time
Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including leads, MQLs, opportunities, and conversions
Grow and maintain a deep understanding of audience segments and their needs via thorough campaign measurement and implementation
Establish and consistently hit demand generation and campaign KPIs, while making recommendations for optimization
Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing and sales departments. Manage all digital tools related to tracking and lead gen including Google Analytics, 6sense, WordPress website, Gravity Forms, Google Search Console, paid ads and more
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales leadership, Proposal, and CRM Admin to ensure alignment and goal support
Qualifications
8+ years of enterprise B2B demand generation and marketing operations experience with a proven track record of consistently hitting growth targets
B2B experience required
Behavioral health or adjacent industry experience required
Agency experience a plus
Strong writing skills for sales audience and deep experience with sales sequences
Proficient in SEO and solid understanding of content marketing
Back end website experience, WordPress preferred
Experience leading and managing a team
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive results and surface new opportunities
Ability to establish and accomplish meaningful business and marketing metrics
Expert knowledge of 6sense, Dynamics, plus other martech tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Outreach, etc.)
Proven track record of success with paid ads across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn and others
