Radiology / Cardiology/MRI Tech: Duration:13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (11:30 - 22:00) Description: MRI Tech in Radiology/Cardiology performs magnetic resonance imaging scans to assist in diagnosing and monitoring various medical and cardiac conditions.

They operate MRI machines, position patients correctly, and ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining safety protocols.

The role involves patient care, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with radiologists and cardiologists.

Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Required Certs/Licenses - BLS, AART Documentation System Experience - EPIC 1 Year of experience required.

Patient Age Group - Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics Special Procedures/Unit Details: We have 3 MRI scanners in our department, all Siemens (Skyra Fit, Prisma Fit and Sola). We do a lot of pre-op and cancer patients in our department.

Most frequent exams performed are MRI brain with perfusion, MRI brain with and without contrast, MRI abdomen with and without contrast, MRI brain without contrast and MRI knee without contrast.

Prefer but not required to do X-Ray.

Will be expected to prep MRI patients.

Weekends are not required.

No call is associated with this position.

Holidays only if needed to obtain contracted weekly hours.
