The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working corroboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for one practice typically supporting up to 7 providers and managing a staff of 50 employees or less. Dependent on clinic size may have a Clinical Supervisor. Works with the Director Physician Practice Operations to identify needs propose and work within practice budgets.

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
