Responsibilities
Promote and reinforce Agile principles, values, and best practices.
Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
Educate business stakeholders on their role in Scrum and work with them to implement agile principles in their processes
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Identify and remove or coach the team to remove impediments to team progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Support the teams in using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira effectively.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align on delivery goals.
Drive positive change and help teams mature in their Agile practices.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
