Practice Setting: Outpatients

Patient Per shift: 24

Department: Wound Care Center

Provider will supervise APPs

Credentialing Time frame: 30-60 Days

Coverages: Travel, Logistics, and Medical Malpractice will be coveredRequirements:

This position is for Wound Care, and Will take specialties of provider that can debride wounds, Like IM and FM, Who are comfortable with procedures, dermalogical procedures

Note: Internal and Family Medicine Physician are eligible

License: Must have Oregon License in Hand.

Board Certified: Preferred, or must be minimum board eligible

Training: Required to complete a 53-hour wound care/HBO training before credentialing
