2nd Shift Assistant Production Supervisor

Branding Iron in Sauk Rapids, MN is looking for a qualified 2nd Shift Assistant Production Supervisor. Responsibilities:

Provide production employees with direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.

Manufacture and package products to customer specification.

Participate as a member of the safety team and continually monitor and recommend changes as needed to keep the plant a safe place to work and meet established safety goals.

Communicate with maintenance on concerns with equipment and preventative maintenance that supports production.

Participate in daily exchange of operational information with shift supervisors.

Responsible for production efficiency, break times, speed of lines and machine settings.

Qualifications:

· 1-year Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in food processing is preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Organizational and leadership skills.

· Excellent analytical, trouble shooting, conflict management and problem-solving skills.

· Able to deal firmly and fairly with a diverse workforce.

· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
