Laser Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating fiber laser machines and a strong background in cutting a variety of metals.

Monday - Thursday - 330 pm to 2 am

Key Responsibilities:

Operate fiber laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency

Set up and monitor laser operations to ensure optimal performance

Cut materials including mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to required specifications

Perform quality checks and basic machine maintenance

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience operating fiber laser machines

Strong knowledge of cutting mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints

Reliable and able to work scheduled 2nd shift hours
