Job Description
The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for building, modifying, and repairing complex tools, dies, jigs, molds, and fixtures using advanced precision machining and bench operations. This role requires expertise in designing and fabricating custom components, interpreting detailed specifications, and ensuring high-quality standards while optimizing efficiency. The Tool and Die Maker works independently on more intricate tasks and plays a key role in supporting production and process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed testing and inspections on completed tools and dies to verify that parts meet stringent specifications and quality standards.
Cut, shape, and trim materials with precision, adhering to design specifications to achieve the required tolerances and part functionality.
Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and templates as needed to support tool and die production, ensuring proper fit and function.
Grind, adjust, and assemble parts with advanced techniques, ensuring precise alignment and smooth operation of all components.
Select and assess metals and materials based on their properties and suitability for specific tool or die applications, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Maintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and best practices while proactively addressing potential hazards.
Perform all other duties as assigned. Skills/Competencies

Education: High School
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
