This Is An On-site, Full Time Position

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Developing and updating SOPs, training manuals, policies, and procedures for all front office operations. Ensuring information is accurate and complete as needs change and processes evolve.

Performing functions for various departmental positions as needed, according to operational demands.

Using and maintaining all channels of communication, such as logbooks, memos, and whiteboards, to ensure all staff are up to date on critical information.

Ensuring guest satisfaction through appropriate resolution of all issues and complaints. Keeping all operational departments informed through the usage of service recovery protocols and procedures.

Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out experiences and exceptional service.

Lead and support Front Desk Agents, providing training, guidance, and motivation.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain accurate reservations, billing, and reports.

Requirements:

One to two years of experience in a Supervisor role in Front Office preferred.

Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.

Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Knowledge or passion for Health & Wellness.
