As our Front Office Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothlygreeting visitors, supporting internal teams, and helping maintain a welcoming and well-organized work environment.

This isnt just about answering phones or filing papers (though youll do some of that too). Your day-to-day will be varied, dynamic, and important. Youll be:

Welcoming visitors and clients with warmth and professionalismmaking the office feel like a space people want to be in.

Managing the front deskanswering phone calls, responding to emails, accepting deliveries, and keeping things organized.

Coordinating meeting spacesbooking rooms, prepping materials, and helping staff get set up for internal or client-facing meetings.

Supporting daily operationsordering supplies, managing office stock, and liaising with vendors or maintenance when needed.

Providing light admin support to different teamsthis might include printing, scanning, expense tracking, or helping with basic reports or spreadsheets.

Pitching in on events or special projects when the team needs an extra handoffice celebrations, team lunches, or executive visits.What Were Looking For

Comfortable with tech You dont need to code, but you should be comfortable using email, basic spreadsheets, calendars, and office systems.What Youll Need

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role (13 years is great, more is welcome).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office equipment (printers, phones, scanners).

A professional and friendly attitude, especially under pressure.What We Offer
