Special Qualifications
Associate's or 2+ years experience Must have ability to interact with clients in a complex, open architecture environment. Must have the
ability to communicate and interact with different levels of management, with Information Technology (IT) personnel, and with all
departmental clients. Must have the ability to coordinate with vendors for resolutions to problems. Must be able to handle high pressure
situations. Must be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external constituencies including, vendors, hospital personnel,
and other IT personnel. Requires good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interaction. On call is required on a rotating
basis for all Client Support or Data Center issues that can’t be handled otherwise. May be required to work evenings and weekends as
the workload demands.Lifting Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
