Engage with Customers: Proactively reach out to and follow up with prospective customers.
Lead Management: Generate appointments through outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads effectively.
Customer Connections: Match new customers with the appropriate sales team member and provide excellent service.
Resource Guidance: Direct customers to relevant product information, including online resources.
Network Building: Build and maintain a strong prospecting network.
Data Management: Log all activity in a CRM system.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.What We’re Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
