The Role:
As a Maintenance Technician at Pinnacle Lodging, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Inspections: Perform regular checks of facilities and systems to proactively identify maintenance needs.
Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues across a variety of systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Tool & Equipment Use: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and systems performance.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the Lodging team to ensure maintenance efforts are efficient and coordinated.
Safety First: Uphold all safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

What we offer:
Compensation starts at $27/hour based on experience and skill level.
