Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Polish glassware, silverware and utensils and restock storage stations

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation

· Complete end of day closing side-work per restaurant standards

· Have strong verbal communication skills

· Are a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations

· Can walk stairs

· Can lift up to 30lbs

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

· Have open availability to work days, nights and weekends
