We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with international suppliers and team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn about small vehicle components and effectively monitor workflow to ensure optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee inventory levels to maintain accuracy and efficiency in stock management.

Track, document, and update inventory records for small vehicle components.

Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Monitor workflow processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Utilize inventory management systems to conduct audits and generate reports.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors in both English and Mandarin regarding order status and inventory needs.

Support quality control efforts by verifying product specifications and conducting inspections.

Assist in forecasting inventory demand based on production schedules and market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong analytical skills with an ability to learn about small vehicle components.

Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations preferred.

Familiarity with inventory tracking software and workflow monitoring tools.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
