Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
Educate and advise clients on the best insurance options.
Update client information, process policy change requests, and issue insurance documentation.
Review all documentation from underwriting, new business endorsements, and compliance documents.
Requirements
Must have active South Carolina Property and Casualty License.
1+ years of experience working in an Allstate agency.
1+ years of demonstrated success in customer service experience
Basic computer software knowledge
Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
Ability to use office equipment such as computers, multi-line phone systems, etc.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills and professional office and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to the success of the team.
