Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment

Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installations

Understand and address customer’s urgent HVAC and/or plumbing needs

Process installation and service job requests

Renew maintenance agreements with customers

Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism over the phone

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database

Participate in required training for ongoing professional growth

Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience

Enjoy working in a positive and team-oriented environment

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Proficient computer skills

Strong listening and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and Service Titan is a plus
