We are seeking an internal recruiter for one of our amazing clients. This is not an Hybrid, remote, or internal position for us.
The ideal candidate will have experience filling manufacturing/distribution/and clerical roles (Industrial companies)
Must be able to handle high volume and multi-task
Must be professional, pay attention to detail, and have a sense of urgency
$20-$25 per hour depending on experience
JOB STATEMENT:
This role will work across all departments and offices and collaborate across the organization to identify, screen, and hire talent as well as build talent pipelines for upcoming areas of need.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations regarding hiring and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt openings for the Janus International family.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates. Work with the HR Manager to develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc. in accordance with the handbook.
Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
Maintain current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
Maintain application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Four-year college degree in Human Resources preferred. 3-5 years previous work-related experience.
Intermediate computer skills required; Outlook, Excel, Work, Email and ADP.
Data entry accuracy, detail orientated and extremely organized all a must.
Must have valid Driver's license and own vehicle to commute as needed for position
