Job Title: Accounting Support
Job Summary: The Accounting / Bookkeeping Support plays a crucial role in facilitating payroll and HR operations within the company.

Cross Training for various functions supporting HR, Payroll and AP/ AR.
Additional bookkeeping functions pending experience

Accounting Support Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and audit payroll processing
Collect employee time and verify time entries on various third-party platforms (e.g., Paycom, ADP)
Audit employee paperwork including W-4s, I-9s, and Direct Deposits
Cross-train in timecard entry and maintain employee attendance records
Perform data entry tasks using Excel and other software for tracking purposes
Cross-train for AP/AR and electronic deposits
File and scan accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll documentation
Assist in insurance and benefit tracking, preparation, and documentation
Prepare mailings related to insurance and other administrative tasks
Communicate with employees and clients via phone, email, text, in-person.
Support Bookkeeping functions
Additional functions as assigned
Accounting Support Requirements:
Prior experience in HR, Accounting / Payroll preparation, or Accounts Receivable/Payable is helpful
Prior Bookkeeping Experience helpful
Strong numerical aptitude, detail oriented and excellent data entry skills.
Ability to navigate multiple third-party vendor sites to retrieve and input data
Reliable and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to adapt and support diverse departmental needs
