ICP Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Network Administrator. As a Network Administrator, you will be tasked with maintaining and supporting the company infrastructure to include but not limited to switching and routing functions, internet connectivity and IT services. You will work with partners to ensure all company connectivity and infrastructure stays online and respond accordingly to outages.
The day-to-day duties will include varying levels of network-related support to end users as well as internal team members where needed. The position will work with the infrastructure team to address common PC issues where possible or identifying resources needed to address those issues. This may include PC support, server support and network support.
This position is based out of Tampa, FL.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Support managed LAN and WAN Network Infrastructure Hardware
Support wireless network and end-user device configuration/replacements
Plan, develop, execute and support network change controls as required
Analyzing and identifying network trends and devising preventive solutions
Manage overall network and device documentation
Support infrastructure projects to completion
Assist infrastructure team with daily IT issues where/when possible
Provide support assistance to ERP platform and all ERP users
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down
Participate in IT on-call rotationRequirements:
