Position: Physician Assistant (PA), Neonatal – New Grads Welcome!
Location: Columbus Ohio
Job Type: Direct-Hire / Permanent role with full benefits!
Salary:
$118K - 180K/Annual (Based on experience)
Sign-on bonus, and relocation Assistance (if necessary)
Salary includes recognition of off-shift differentials.
Salary calculation includes ALL advanced practice experiences.
Schedule:
40 hours/weekly: Days/Nights
12-hour rotating shifts with weekend and holiday coverage (as needed)

Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the hospital is currently seeking new and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join its collaborative NICU team and provide advanced care to patients within the large, Level IV NICU.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians while working autonomously as an independent provider.
Manage acutely ill and convalescing neonates from admission to discharge in a supportive team-based environment.
All pediatric specialties are represented, including ECMO, BPD, and surgical.
Opportunities to attend weekly neonatal and surgery continuing education seminars and monthly Neonatal Practitioner education series.
No transport responsibilities
Essential Requirements:
Masters degree or higher
Prior NICU experience or willing to complete an in-house Neonatal PA Fellowship Program.
Must have active Ohio Physician Assistant license
NCCPA board certification
Must have a clean background
