Direct Hire CNC Programmer

Join our team as a Direct Hire CNC Programmer at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of industrial thermal solutions and equipment, we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to play a key role in supporting our production operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components and parts. Your duties will include:

- Programming CNC machines to precise specifications

- Operating CNC lathes and mills to manufacture parts and components

- Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance

- Ensuring strict quality control standards are met

To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated expertise in Lathe - CNC, Mill - CNC, and CNC Programmer skills. Prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
