Job Purpose
Responsible for developing the standards, requirements, policies, and processes for all end-user endpoint platforms and for the teams that support these platforms and users.
Expectations
Manages Windows and macOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
Implements and maintains Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager for zero-touch provisioning and lifecycle automation.
Packages, deploys, and maintains applications and system updates across the enterprise.
Automates deployment, compliance checks, and administrative tasks using PowerShell and shell scripting (Bash/zsh).
Builds and maintains scalable scripts for provisioning, reporting, and endpoint health monitoring.
Enforces configuration baselines and device compliance policies aligned with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., CIS, SOX, PCI-DSS).
Integrates endpoint platforms with security tools such as Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, FileVault, and EDR solutions.
Provides Tier 3 support for endpoint-related escalations, working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Collaborates with Security, Service Desk, and Network teams to align on endpoint strategy, toolsets, and operations.
Documents endpoint standards, procedures, and automation workflows.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications – Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications – Education – Preferred
Certifications such as Microsoft MD-102, Jamf 200/300, Security+, or similar.
Qualifications – Education – Field(s)/Profession(s)
Information Technology
Qualifications – Experience/Skills/Competencies
Minimum 5 years of experience directly supporting various endpoint platforms, including 3 years of experience directly supporting end users in a customer service role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Windows Autopilot.
Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and Bash/Zsh.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
Experience with enterprise software deployment, patching strategies, and hardware lifecycle management.
Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
Knowledge of EDR, MDM, and MAM technologies and integrations.
Understanding of Zero Trust and modern endpoint security models.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($90,000 - $110,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
