Job Description
The Systems Administrator reports to the IT Manager and is responsible for all functions related to day-to-day systems management, applications support, and IT projects. This position assists the IT Department as a whole and the Senior Systems Engineer and IT Manager in particular with implementing various facets of many IT projects. This position is responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance for all Firm systems and software. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with applications and ensures scalability and appropriate integration with other systems. Troubleshoots network access problems. Responsible for daily tasks associated with site disaster recovery (disk and tape backups, data retention, etc.). Ensures software is updated to meet organizational needs.

Manage MS365 Tenant including Licenses

Security Administration: Wincast, Zscaler, CrowdStrike
