Familiarity with rod and ball milling is a plus
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools

Responsibilities
Maintenance of cone and jaw crushers, crusher screens, conveyor belts, rollers, and drive units
Rebuild and maintain industrial slurry pumps
Welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting
Adhere to MSHA and company safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment
Collaborate with the mill crew to support continued production
Flexibility in work hours as needed for troubleshooting and projects
Other reasonable duties as needed
