We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team with heart and purpose. In this role, you’ll partner with our Director of Nursing to support and mentor our nursing staff, ensure excellent resident care, and foster a culture where every team member feels valued and every resident feels at home.

What We’re Looking For:

A current RN license in NYS with strong clinical and leadership skills

A hands-on leader who builds trust and teamwork

Someone who sees residents as neighbors, not numbers

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
