FP&A Analyst

Job Description

Our client in the Healthcare space is looking for a FP&A Analyst who is passionate about turning data into strategy and insight to join their team. This position plays a critical role in enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and advancing the company’s long-term financial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and oversee budgets and forecasts to guide strategic business planning

Perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and performance monitoring

Collaborate across Finance, Operations, IT, and Leadership teams

Evaluate costs, uncover savings opportunities, and contribute to strategic projects

Assist in ensuring financial compliance and mitigating risk

Create dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators using platforms such as NetSuite, Power BI, or JiraExperience You Bring to the Table:

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience handling large data sets

NetSuite expertise is required

Skilled at conveying complex financial information to non-financial audiences

Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Required to comply with all HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy regulations
