Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential restoration projects.

Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Apply best practices in restoration and construction methods to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Maintain detailed documentation and provide exceptional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years of residential construction experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Proven experience estimating residential property damage.

Strong understanding of restoration industry standards and estimating software.

Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Valid PA Drivers License with a clean driving record.

Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and architectural drawings.

Skilled in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and overall financial management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and internet-based tools; experience with project management and estimating software is a plus.

Ability to safely perform all essential job functions in a safety-sensitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills to confidently manage complex restoration scenarios.
