The Scrum master is accountable for the oversight of activities of multiple teams across large transformational projects. You will work with program leadership to ensure teams are working on the highest priority features and enablers defined within their respective product roadmaps. You will communicate progress, risks, and blockers with program leadership, delivery managers, and Agile team scrum masters weekly. This role is empowered to coach, challenge, and enhance the behavior of the delivery teams to ensure quality, flow, and incremental value delivery. They are accountable for the hygiene of projects, testing plan oversight and overall testing metrics, release readiness and cutover activities. They contribute to the readiness determination for major plans.

Position Responsibilities

Accountable for the solution delivery and collaboration with product teams

Partner with Delivery Managers for oversight of the agile team activities including facilitating program level ceremonies

Provide servant leadership to the product teams

Responsible for coordination of important outputs such as program level DoR, DoD, planning increment plans, test plans, goals, and releases

Shape teams' behavior through excellent management through the Agile methodology

Ensure the highest value features and enablers are being prioritized

Influence and coach the Delivery Managers and Product Managers on continuous delivery

Empowered to coach, challenge, and enhance the behavior of the product teams to ensure quality, flow, and incremental value delivery

Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with Delivery Managers and program leadership on a frequent basis

Present metrics that highlight the progress accomplished across all product teams

Remove impediments that negatively affect the flow of the product teams

Embrace the unexpected and the process of solving problems/blockers

Ensure the hygiene of the JIRA projects, release readiness, testing, and cutover activities

Build relationships with program leadership, product managers, delivery managers scrum teams, and your team

Ensure change management and risk management

Ensure Conagra standard procedures are followed within the product teams

Other responsibilities as assigned

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other degrees

6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Information Technology, Product Delivery

Scrum Master Certification and Safe Certification is required

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Expert project management skills within a matrix environment

Integrated process orientation and communication within the Agile delivery teams and across product teams

Facilitate meetings and lead teams

Partner engagement, collaboration, and team leadership capabilities

Succeed in both autonomous roles and collaborative team settings, contributing in diverse work environments

Demonstrated strength in overseeing projects forward in parallel within environments

Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies

Passion for learning and improvement

Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Compensation: Pay Range:$90,900-$132,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
