Electrical Foreman
$2,500 Sign On Bonus
Minimum Experience Requirements of a Foreman
10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience (work with an electrical contractor/subcontractor in a commercial or industrial construction environment), plus a minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience.
Additional Requirements and/or Expectations of a Foreman
High School diploma or GED
Pass a mandatory drug screen
Satisfactory performance on a skills and capabilities assessment
Provide a minimum of two (2) professional references
Own and provide basic personal tools of the trade
Valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation
Job Responsibilities of a Foreman
Direct electricians and train helpers and apprentices
Lead a team of 4 + helpers, apprentices, and electricians
Assist in developing the skills of those working under you
Proper use and understanding of Procore and Bluebeam
Track daily progress of your team using Procore
Plan, layout, and installation of electrical systems in accordance with job specifications
Communicate and work with Superintendent and Project Management in accordance with General Contractor/Client
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and ensure quality installation
Knowledge of and adherence to National Electrical Code
Work in accordance with all safety policies and guidelines

Referrals from current Fountain employees
Formal training in a recognized or accredited apprenticeship or similar program, or in a trade or technical school
Relevant licenses and/or certifications, including minimum OSHA-10
