The Treasury Management Implementation Coordinator (TMIC) will be tasked with providing implementation and onboarding support to Treasury Management customers and internal bank personnel. This position is responsible for coordinating with Treasury Management Sales team for implementation and training of treasury and depository products to new and existing clients of the bank. TMIC’s are responsible for training clients on products and/or services while following implementation timelines.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for accepting new service requests from TM Sales Officers, preparing necessary agreements and documents, and obtaining proper signatures

Lead and direct communications with clients and other personnel regarding all aspects of implementation efforts, conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

Function as the primary liaison between the client, internal operations, 3rd party vendors, technical, and other areas throughout complex implementation cycle.

Utilize expertise using internal and external business resources to resolve implementation issues effectively, while maintaining project deadlines and meeting client needs.

Provide comprehensive training to the clients' end-users on requested treasury services.

Maintain strong and open partnerships with LOB, Sales, and other stakeholders to provide mutual feedback on business processes, internal relationships, organizational strengths, and opportunities for improvement.

Providing advanced level support to customers with questions, requests, or issues regarding TM products and services in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide internal support by sharing product knowledge and solutions to better serve our clients

Assisting with Audits and Exams as needed.

Assisting with special projects as needed (i.e., RDC updates, Online Banking or App enhancements, new product launches, etc.)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.

1-4 years of experience in a Treasury Management related role.

Demonstrated knowledge of standard/common Treasury products, introductory understanding and/or desire to understand complex Treasury products and complex client relationships

Superior communication skills –verbal, written and listening -including the ability to be proactive and adapt messaging based on the audience. Comfortable and efficient at presenting information/training.

Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships and leverage networks

Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

Ability to adapt strategically to evolving market demands, technology, and internal initiatives

Proficient in all Microsoft Office software.
