Position Summary:

We’re seeking a multifaceted Drafter / Interior Designer who is equally comfortable creating detailed construction documents and supporting interior design selections for commercial spaces. This role requires proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD, with willingness to learn Canva. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of drafting standards, an eye for interiors, and the ability to translate both technical and aesthetic ideas into clear, professional documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare precise drawings and construction documents for residential and commercial interior and architectural projects.

Support in material and finish selections for commercial interiors (furniture, lighting, textiles, fixtures, etc.).

Maintain and update project models using Revit and manage workflows within BIM 360.

Produce clear and visually appealing client presentations using Canva or similar tools.

Assist in developing design concepts and documentation packages from concept through construction.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless documentation and design intent.

Revise drawings and finish schedules based on feedback and redlines.

Help manage FF&E documentation and sample coordination, as needed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360,and AutoCAD.

2–5 years of experience in architectural or interior design support roles.

Highly skilled at producing and executing construction documentation and interior material specifications.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience in residential, hospitality, workplace, or multifamily design environments.

Familiarity with FF&E documentation and vendor coordination.

Working knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
