CSR/General Admin

Cardinal Staffing Services, is looking for a Customer Service Representative/General Admin for a supplier of air filters in Toledo, OH. 1st shift Mon-Fri $22/hr Skills Needed:

1. Past Customer Service experience, primarily on phones & through e-mail in a business to business setting preferred.

2. Knowledge with shipping & receiving as well as order fulfillment preferred.

3. Experience setting up vendors and other partners preferred.

4. Experience with accounts payable and invoicing preferred.

5. Clear professional written and verbal communication skills is essential.

6. Ability to make decisions on the go with sound reason and good judgement.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responding to Customer calls

2. Responding to Customer e-mails

3. Handling further customer questions/credits and other order related questions

4. Assist with order fulfillment

5. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
