ASSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
Work safely by wearing all required safety equipment
Read, understand, utilize prints
Ensure that expected quality standards are fully supported; responsible for maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S methodology) throughout the shift
Responsible to meet production requirements and standards
Effectively communicate with fellow Associates, Supervisors, and all other key Staff.
Participate in continual improvements activities
Perform various production processes as assigned
Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive quality in the process
Report any quality related issues to the supervisor
Report supply use, to the supervisor, to ensure that inventory levels are accurate
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; this is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment; Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds; Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors.
