Position Summary:

The Registration Supervisor oversees registration staff and manages daily registration operations at both the Desloge Outpatient Center and the Hospital. This position is key to ensuring efficient patient flow and the timely processing of registrations, while maintaining and updating registration policies and procedures. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, preparing monthly reports, and implementing new processes to enhance workflow. The Registration Supervisor collaborates effectively with clinical managers and supervisors, addresses challenges professionally, and ensures sufficient staffing to support daily registration activities and optimize patient flow. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent patient services experience required.

Experience: Two years of registration experience required. Supervisory experience and knowledge of the Cerner system preferred. Knowledge of St Luke’s registration processes a plus.
