Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior UX Designer where you'll design groundbreaking, intuitive user experiences leveraging generative AI, improving document workflows significantly. Collaborate with our diverse team to establish design directions, craft detailed design artifacts, and contribute to the Acrobat GenAI design strategy. You'll also engage in hands-on user research, leverage Adobeâ s design systems, and lead within a cross-functional team to maintain quality and inspire innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to define design directions.

Create detailed design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.

Develop and contribute to the Acrobat GenAI design strategy and Adobeâ s design systems.

Independently manage design priorities and foster a culture of innovation. Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.

Advanced experience in user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration abilities. Domain Experience Required:

Experienced in crafting for complex technical products, particularly with a passion for generative AI and innovation. Direct experience or a strong interest in the document workflow or productivity software space is preferred. Education and Experience:

8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a track record of delivering user-centered design solutions. Industry Experience:

Experience in Digital Imaging or related field preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliance.
