What Youll Be Doing CAD Drafting and Survey Interpretation * Import and process field survey data * Draft accurate topographical, property line, and construction layout drawings * Review and mark client/architect plans to align with survey findings Construction Planning Support * Interpret site and utility plans, elevation changes, and terrain conditions * Assist with preparing plans and calculations for construction layout crews * Develop a strong foundation in planning workflows and client coordination Requirements * 1:2 years of experience in land surveying or construction drafting * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD platforms * Strong understanding of property lines, surfaces, and site plans * Great communication skills and attention to detail * Ambition to grow toward Assistant Project Manager responsibilities Why This Role?
