The Work:

This person will use Agile methodologies to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software, as well as troubleshoot production problems related to software applications. Will research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements and design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software while evaluating effectiveness. This person will address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms and consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Will perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management and assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. This person will resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements, acting as team leader on projects (providing instruction, assigning, directing, and checking the work of others on the development team).

Job Responsibilities:

Review custom developed software and system design documentation to decompose application architectures/application logic patterns eligible for conversions into modernized cloud-based services/solutions

Application development using MVC5 and Entity Framework for ASP.NET 4.7

ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core front end application development and SAML SSO integration

NET/C# backend application development application development

Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports

What you’ll need:

2 years of experience working with Azure cloud native technologies including serverless, container implementations, DevOps, CLI, databases, compute, storage, security and networks

2 years of experience developing applications built with .NET, Java, Python or other programming languages on Azure

2 years of experience deploying written code and/or implemented CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as: Azure DevOps, Terraform etc.

Experience developing with data access objects including JSON

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience with Army EAMS-A SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation for ASP.NET applications

Experience with Serverless implementations within Azure Functions

Experience working with Azure native databases such as Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB etc.

Clearance:

Must have an active Secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$84,900—$160,200 USD
