The Manager, Finance is responsible for complex analysis and reporting activities to support key business initiatives. This position will report directly to the Director, Finance and manages a team of two associates. The Manager will play a meaningful role in supporting the P&L for Production & Sourcing related activities within the BBW Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
Own the Forecast, Budget, and monthly variances on the Production & Sourcing P&L
Develop a deep understanding of the product costs, supply chain and other strategies to influence the management of various P&L line items such as Purchase Price Variances, Tariffs, Component Freight, Vendor Rebates, etc.
Prepare regular reporting and modeling for Tariffs, Inflation and/or Sourcing Strategies
Monthly close responsibilities such as consolidation of actuals and communication on variances vs forecast and budget.
Partner with all areas of the business to ensure appropriate sharing of financial information and consistency in flexing P&L projections based on changes in volumes and/or other inputs.
Collaborate with cross functional supply chain partners to ensure proper inputs to financial projections and the necessary level of detail to explain fluctuations.
Support the forecast and budgeting process for Component & FG inventory in-transit.
Interface with CFO and other senior management
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various levels of management
Refine existing financial models and develop new models to better predict future results.
Support budgeting and long-range planning process
Five to seven years of financial analysis experience
Strong attention detail and analytical skills
Ability to develop financial modeling to analyze complex business questions/issues.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple works streams.
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
