The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Senior Manager to join the team in Kent, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ or North Charleston, SC.
Step into the role of Microsoft 365 (M365) Senior Manager, where you will spearhead the enterprise-wide strategy, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related services.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for the administration and evolution of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the technical operation, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle of M365 collaboration services
Partner across Workplace Solutions to drive towards organizational strategic goals
Drive adoption of M365 tools through governance, training enablement, and user experience enhancements
Collaborate with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure M365 solutions meet Boeing’s enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and implement M365 solutions that improve productivity and streamline workflows
Monitor service performance, usage analytics, and operational metrics to ensure platform reliability and to inform continuous improvement efforts
Identify areas of improvement and develop standard operating procedures to drive consistent product delivery
Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap updates and industry best practices
Serve as the internal liaison with Microsoft and other key vendors
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience within information technology
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 collaboration tools
3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Microsoft 365 environments
Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment where compliance with policies and procedures is essential
Experience in Agile and DevOps
Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, identity/access management, and automation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree in information systems, business, or related discipline
Experience communicating with all levels from individual contributors to executives
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries
Experience leading digital transformations on a global scale

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $151,300 – $218,500
