THE JOB:

Step into the spotlight as a Senior Graphics Designer, where your creativity sets the stage for unforgettable experiences. From dazzling casino promotions to headline-worthy entertainment events, you’ll craft bold, high-impact visuals that bring our brand to life. Lead major design projects, collaborate with top-tier teams, and mentor rising talent—all while pushing creative boundaries and making your mark on some of the most exciting events in the industry.

THE SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Remote one day per week)

Flexibility is required for business needs that may occur outside of standard hours.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Creative Impact: Bring marketing concepts to life through bold, engaging designs for casino events, promotions, and entertainment.

High-Volume Design: Manage 30–40 projects each month—delivering everything from first drafts to final files, all while keeping things on-brand and fresh.

Diverse Project Work: Design a wide range of materials including digital ads, print flyers, menus, email templates, and theater show graphics.

Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, internal teams, and vendors—and provide feedback and mentorship to fellow designers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 21 years of age

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

3+ years of design experience in an agency, in-house, freelance or events industry

previous experience in video editing, multimedia and animation skills preferred

VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:$33.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
